Saphira Binding Glue Spine 130
Saphira Binding Glue Spine 130 is a hotmelt adhesive
for spine gluing with a clean parting cut and a good
open time for the challenging paperback and soft cover
book markets. It offers an outstanding price-performance ratio, with excellent adhesion to most coated
and uncoated papers. Thanks to its impressive
flexibility, the adhesive can be used for a whole host
of spine gluing applications. Saphira Glue Spine 130
is available in pillow form.
Saphira Binding Glue Side 231P
Saphira Binding Glue Side 231P is a polyurethane
(PUR) hotmelt adhesive for ultra-reliable side gluing.
It combines high tack with exceptional performance
on difficult materials. This glue offers an excellent
price-performance ratio and is suitable for numerous
side gluing applications.

Saphira Binding Glue PUR 330
Saphira Binding Glue PUR 330 is a reactive adhesive
that dries on contact with moisture in the air. As a
flexible, reactive polyurethane glue, it quickly achieves
high strength and is therefore ideal for spine gluing
with both nozzle and roller application.
Saphira Cleaner Hotmelt Cold
Saphira Cleaner Hotmelt Cold is a cold cleaner that
is perfect for Heidelberg hotmelt adhesives. It excels
in removing hotmelt adhesive residue from metal
parts, tools, and molds and has the added advantage
of lubricating them at the same time.

Saphira Binding Glue PUR 330
Saphira Binding Glue PUR 330 LT
The Saphira Glue Binding PUR 330 LT is processed at
a much lower temperature than conventional PUR
glues. Adhesive binders therefore consume around 30
percent less energy than with Saphira Binding Glue
PUR 330. The lower application temperature (< 100 °C)
also means the tubes, premelter and gluing system
are better protected and require less maintenance.
Thanks to its excellent thermal stability, Saphira
Binding Glue PUR 330 LT is easy to apply even in small
amounts and after lengthy downtimes.
Saphira Binding Glue PUR 330 NE
The Saphira Binding Glue PUR 330 NE is reactive and
intended for use in adhesive binders. Since it does
not release any diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI),
it does not need to be labeled accordingly. Nor is it
necessary to take special precautions for respiratory
protection during changeover and cleaning operations
when using Saphira Glue PUR 330 NE.
Saphira Cleaner PUR Warm Blue
This cleaner can be used for the entire application
system and the complete polyurethane adhesive
circuit – from premelter to nozzle. It removes polyurethane residue from the adhesive binder’s glue system,
for example if there are lengthy machine stoppages
or when switching to a different glue.
