You will need: From Savers/Value Village • Long blonde wig • Black dress • Large black sunglasses • Pearl necklace Other supplies • Scissors • Glue gun • Hairspray • Bobby pins • Glue stick • Black eyeliner and mascara • Light pink lipstick Directions: 1. Snip two long pieces of hair off the back of a blond wig. 2. Hold the piece of hair as if it were a ribbon and you were wrapping a package, and fashion a bow-shape out of the piece of hair. 3. Pinch the middle together to keep it closed, and wrap the other piece of hair around the center of the bow. 4. Tuck the end of the middle piece underneath itself in back. 5. With a hot glue gun, glue the middle piece to the bow and press down to secure. 6. Once the glue is dry, spray generously with hairspray. 7. Secure bow to the top of your blonde wig using bobby pins. 8. Complete your look with a simple black dress, large sunglasses and pearl necklace. 9.
