Southern Arizona’s mega-adoption animal fair.
This one-day event scheduled for April 11, 2015 is designed to help hundreds of our community’s homeless pets
find their forever homes. Dozens of local groups will feature pets of all breeds, ages and backgrounds so every
attendee can find their match, while vendor booths will offer resources that can help them thrive as pet owners.
Throughout the day, family-friendly, pet-focused entertainment, including demonstrations and promotional
opportunities for sponsors, will be provided on the central stage. Admission will be free.

AN ACTIVITY OF PIMA ALLIANCE FOR ANIMAL WELFARE
CONDITIONS
1. Adopt Love Adopt Local an activity organized by Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare reserves the right to refuse any application. Priority will be
given to sponsor applications according to the order of receipt. Adopt Love Adopt Local will assign booth space to the sponsor exhibitor.
2. Sponsor exhibitors agree to set up their booths on Friday, April 10, 2015, between the hours of noon-6pm. Sponsors must be completely set
up by the time of opening, 9:00 AM, Saturday, April 11, 2015.
3. Sponsor exhibitors agree to staff their booths during all hours that the show is in progress. Show hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on
Saturday, April 11, 2015. Breakdown of booths may not begin until 4:00 PM on the day of the event.
4. No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside the booth space provided by the Adopt Love Adopt Local/Pima Alliance for Animal
Welfare organizers.
5. Sponsor exhibitors assume all liabilities and/or obligations caused by faulty or improper displays.
6. Any signs or displays by sponsors shall be of a professional nature. Adopt Love Adopt Local/or Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare may
prohibit the display of any sign or display that Adopt Love Adopt Local/Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare, in its sole discretion, deems
inappropriate or unprofessional.
7. Sponsor exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their assigned space at the end of the event and for keeping their display area in a clean and
professional condition during the event. Trash generated by the sponsor exhibitor and anyone visiting the sponsor exhibitor’s space is the
responsibility of the sponsor and shall be disposed of in a timely fashion.
8. The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
9. Sponsor exhibitors shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any sponsorship should the sponsor exhibitor for any reason be unable to
attend the event.
10. Adopt Love Adopt Local/Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare has the option to cancel or reassign the exhibit space of any sponsor exhibitor
who has not complied with payment terms. Such sponsor shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of any fee paid at time of cancellation or
reassignment.
11. Neither Adopt Love Adopt Local/ Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare or the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona or any of their
officers, agents, employees or other representatives, shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from
accountability or liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of the applicant or any of its officers, agents,
employees, or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or any other cause.
12. The sponsor exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, protect against, and hold harmless Adopt Love Adopt Local, Pima Alliance for
Animal Welfare or the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs,
attorney fees and expense of whatever kind or nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant or any
of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, including but not limited to claims or damage or loss to property, or from or out of
any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of the applicant or any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives.
13. All sponsor exhibitors are responsible for current licenses and permits as required by the City of Tucson. If you are selling or distributing
products, please contact the City of Tucson (520-791-4566) to determine whether a vendor permit is required.
14. No food or beverages may be sold during the event or brought onto the premises.
15. Sponsor exhibitor will provide a high resolution, press quality image (jpeg,) of the business/organization logo within 24 hours of
sponsorship acceptance.
