PLEASE NOT E: We reserve the right to ship substitute/alternate parts or kits when interchangeable with the
part ordered. The invoice will cover the price of the actual part shipped. Special handling charges apply for
same day shipping requests. Shipments of material returned not freight prepaid or without a Returned
Goods Authorization (RGB) number are subject to refusal. Prices subject to change without prior notice.

LIMITED NEW COMPRESSOR W ARRANTY: Hartford Compressors Yantai warrants their compressors to
be free from defects of material or workmanship and undertakes to repair or replace at HCY’s option, free
of charge, any part that is proven, to the satisfaction of HCY, to be defective within 12 months of start-up or
18 months from date of shipment, whichever occurs first.
When Ordering a Replacement Compressor
•
Specify m odel num ber, X num ber, and serial num ber of the original com pressor.
•
A teardown report m ay be requested for the original com pressor at a $925 net charge.
•
When upgrading to an "F" series com pressor, re-piping will be required due to the relocation of the vapor injection port.
•
A core credit program is available for “E” and “F” version com pressors. Contact DBA for m ore details.
•
Dunham Bush Am erica’s requires an oil sam ple be tak en imm ediately after start-up on replacem ent com pressor to
validate com pressor warranty. The Oil Kare Kit is included with the com pressor. Additional k it can be purchased using
Hartford Com pressors Part #053507A1.
•
All returned com pressors require the com pletion of an LSC Failure Report form prior to the issuance of an
authorization return num ber (RGB).
