Entry requirements: • Any artist may submit up to two entries. • A People’s Choice Award will be voted on and a certificate will be given at end of exhibition. • All work must be original. - No kits or copies or giclée prints. (Mounting, matting and framing excluded) • Artwork must be no more than 16"x 20” including matting and frame. • Sculpture may not exceed 10” in any dimension; measurements must include the base. • All work must be ready to hang with screw eyes and wire, labeled at the back (or at the bottom if 3-D). • Where necessary, artwork should be protected with Plexiglass only. • While every attempt will be made to preserve and secure each entry submitted, the sponsoring organizations will not assume responsibility for loss or damages incurred. Entry in the exhibition signifies compliance with this waiver. • All artists must submit entry forms by Nov. 26, 2014.
