Posturepro
We are an educational organization
that teaches Posturology. We wish to
educate health and sport professionals
about the postural deficiency syndrome.
Posturology was originally developed by the orthopedic surgeon Dr. Bricot to
avoid spine surgery for many patients suffering from back problems such as
scoliosis, herniated discs, back pain, spinal stenosis.Today, many professionals
such as kinesiologists use it for sport rehabilitation, to improve athletic
performance and to avoid injury. Posturology is an advanced assessment and
treatment system for sports performance and orthopaedic conditions. While
the majority of classic therapy modalities concentrate on the musculo-skeletal
system, Posturology focuses on the way the brain communicates to the
musculo-skeletal system. The goal of Posturology is to optimize neurological
input to the central nervous system by stimulating key sensory receptors that
have a direct and profound effect on the sensitivity of the tendons, joints and
skin and the proper functioning of the musculo-skeletal system.

the fundamental concepts and skills behind eight popular ball sports:
baseball, football, basketball, golf, hockey, soccer, tennis and volleyball.
Using creative instruction and positive encouragement, our programs focus
on the development of gross motor skills, along with balance, strength,
co-ordination, stamina and timing. The equipment that we use is ageappropriate and sized just right for the children in our programs.
