Speaker Jeff Souza, president & CEO, Leaders for Today, LLC Jeff Souza worked for more than a decade as a hospital laboratory scientist before completing his nursing degree, and ultimately moving into the business side of health care in the human capital space. He increased the volume in his territory of a nursing staffing business by nearly 800 percent before being promoted to lead a multi-state expansion.
