This contract is between the passenger (ie: You Traveler and His/Her family on whose behalf you are signing on one side and me Vandana Travels and any our
sister concern. This term shall include our suppliers who are rendering there services)
Package rate is based as per current Room Availability, any changes due to increase in Government Regulations; taxes etc as charged by the Hotel will have to
be paid additional by you.
Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings during the stay in hotel or while traveling through our tour. But may file a
complaint with the local authorities with his/her own cost and consequences.
Any damage caused in the hotel rooms/coach during your stay is payable by passengers.
The tours will be confirmed subject to minimum no. of passengers.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of trains, flight, bus, or other service.
We shall be in no circumstances what so ever be liable for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, delay, discomfort, increased expense, consequential
loss/or damage or any misadventure caused.
The company reserves the right to use the information and or name of client for publicity, advertisement, reference and for any other purpose that the
company considers appropriate
Payment must be done as per the company policy:

In case of cancellation voluntarily done by the client he/she shall be liable to pay penalty as under.

The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing
We shall not be liable for any sightseeing missed after the commencement of the tour due to any unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
In case of one or more passengers per family but not all passengers signing the booking form it shall be deemed that others have duly authorized the concerned
signing passengers.
We reserve the unconditional right to reserve or terminate a booking in the event of unreasonable behavior of passenger at any time.
We shall be in no circumstances be liable to the client for any over stay expenses due to the delay or changes in the air, bus or train cancellations.
It shall be the duty of the client to inform us in advance in case the client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy the arrangements.
Above rate is quoted as per current rate offered by hotel, if any increase in the rate, Vandana travels is authorize to hike the package price without any prior
notice.
If any claim or dispute or complain of whatsoever nature reclaim to tour marketed/ coordinated by V Tours and Travels / Vandana Travels arises, then the same
shall be subject to Baroda jurisdiction.
Vandana Travels has right to withdraw offer at any time without prior notice.
The “STAR RATING” given to Hotel is only for reference. Amenities & Services are prerogative of Hotel and Vandana Travel has no hold or say on same.
