Product Information HeBoCoat® 400E 0E Boron Nitride Suspension Product Description HeBoCoat® 400E is an ethanol based boron nitride coating with additives of an inorganic binder. The coating ng sticks very good on metal, glass, ceramic and graphite, even at high temperatures. Due to the ethanol base, the wetting etting of the substrate is is very good and the drying of the coating is very fast. By the use of high purity boron nitride, coatings with high lubricating and releasing properties are achieved thus minimizing wear and undesired reactions. Boron nitride is stable in air up to 900°C and up to 2000°C under inert gas atmosphere. Typical Applications • • • Release agent for sintering, welding, soldering and brazing, anti spatter Release agent and lubricant ant in glass processing Protection rotection of graphite in siliconizing processes, release coating Instructions for Use • • • • • Shake well before use For good results only clean, dry, dust and oil free surfaces may be coated Product is ready to use, if dilution is required required it can be done with ethanol Tools and surfaces can be cleaned with ethanol Only fully dried surfaces may come to use Packing Units • • 2,5 kg/canister 10 x 2,5 kg/canister Storage and Safety Store in a dry and cool place.
