Plenary Session The plenary session will be held on 4 and 5 December on the 1st floor at Tokyo International Exchange Center “Plaza Heisei”. Reception On the evening of Wednesday, 3 December, there will be a welcome reception jointly hosted by MEXT and JAXA. The reception will take place from 19:00 hrs. at “Symbol Zone” Miraikan. -3- 8.
