The syndicate members are as set out on the Lottery Syndicate Agreement page and continued on Schedule 1 if applicable. 2. The syndicate shall participate in draws as listed on the agreement. 3. The weekly subscription to be subscribed by each member is listed in the ‘Contribution Per Draw’ column.. 4. A member who contributes more than the weekly subscription shall be entitled to a proportionate increase in the share of the winnings which is listed in the ‘Share of Winnings’ column. 5. It is the responsibility of each member to pay to the Manager his/her weekly subscription before the agreed deadline which is _________ days before the draw. If any member fails to pay on such date that member shall not be entitled to a share in the winnings of the relevant draw. Weekly subscriptions may not be paid in arrears. 6. Any prize won in respect of a syndicate ticket shall be divided equally among the members participating in that draw unless the aggregate prize won is less than £_____:_____ in which case the prize will be added to the total subscription for the next lottery draw or used to purchase further entries as agreed by the Syndicate. 7. The Manager shall be responsible for: ● Putting in place a procedure for agreeing the combination of numbers to be entered by the syndicate for each draw; ● Collecting the weekly subscriptions from the members; ● Purchasing the tickets bearing the agreed syndicate numbers for the amount of the total subscription for each draw; ● Collecting any prize money and accounting to the members for their respective percentages in accordance with their individual stakes. The Manager shall hold such prize in trust for the members at all Times. 8. Provided the Manager has acted honestly and in good faith the Manager shall not be personally liable to any member for loss or damage arising out of the failure by the Manager to adhere to the terms of this Agreement.
