Kvalifikasjoner:
Erfaring fra arkitektkontorer både i Tyskland, Italia og Norge, parallelt med egen arkitektur-,
kunst- og møbelproduksjon. Trening i evnen til å kombinere det visjonære, inspirasjonsrettede og
planleggende med operativt, utførende fagarbeid innen gitte budsjettrammer og tidsfrister.
Betydelig erfaring fra tverrfaglig arbeid (både innen beslektede fag som grafisk design,
industridesign, overordnet landskapsbehandling, arkitektur og scenografi) og andre som
markedsføring, kultur, ingeniørvesen og eiendomsutvikling.
Den tverrfaglige interesse har også resultert i kuratorvirksomhet, bl. a. utstillingen ”Norsk
arkitektur i Fehns fotspor”, en presentasjon av de norske arkitektene Jan Olav Jensen,
Knut Hjeltnes og Carl Viggo Hømebakk.
Premiert i fem arkitektkonkurranser for det tyske studio Jourdan & Müller i årene 2000-2003,
direktør i studio Acciaro på Sicilia fra 2003-2009.
Marchese bor på Sicilia, men er norsk stasborger. Fra sitt italienske ståsted har det gitt han stor
innsikt i å se arkitektur som almene menneskeskapte, fysiske omgivelser.
Utdannelsen ble gjennomført i Palermo på Sicilia, men diplomarbeidet ble utført i Oslo under
professor Christian Norberg-Schulz.
