February Calendar Highlights Awana Clubs for ages 3 years–6th grade meet every Tuesday evening at 6:10 PM. Awana Games Training will be Saturday morning, February 27, from 9:00‐11:00 AM in the MPR. This practice is mandatory for all T&T Boys and Sparks participating in the Sparks‐a‐Rama /Awana Games on March 20 in Spokane. Blood Pressure Screenings are scheduled for Sunday, February 7, before and after the service. Boy Scouts meet at CBC every Monday night at 6:30 PM. Cancer Support Meeting is Sunday, February 21, at 11:30 AM in the Fireside Room. Children’s Choirs begin Sunday, February 7, at 8:30 AM. Cherubs (ages 4yrs.‐2nd grade) will meet in room N201‐202 and Celebration Kids (3rd‐6th graders) will be in room S102‐103. Both choirs will perform on Sunday morning, March 28. CHS Pizza Outreach ministers to CDA high school students once a month by providing lunch and sharing the message of Christ. Volunteer to serve pizza Wednesday, February 3, at 10:30 AM or corndogs on Thursday, February 4, during the follow‐up. If you would be willing to share the Lord with these young people, volunteers are needed on Thurs‐
day and Friday at 10:30 AM. College Age Group meets at CBC on Thursday nights at 7:30 PM. College Super Bowl Party will be at Scott and Becki Smith’s house on Sunday, February 7. Sport your painted face, bring dip and get ready to rumble over the big game. Communion will be held on Sunday, February 14, at 10:00 AM. Community Dinner is provided each Sunday evening from 4:30‐5:30 PM at the Harding Center. High School Winter Retreat to Riverview Bible Camp and 49° North will be the weekend of February 26‐28. High School Youth Group meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM here at the church. Ladies’ Bible Studies are held Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM and Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM. Ladies’ Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) gathers every Wednesday morning at 9:10 AM to study the Gospel of John. Ladies’ Off‐site Bible Study meets each Wednesday beginning February 3 at 7:00 PM through March 31 at Noelle Lindhorst’s home. Join them as they study Beth Moore’s book, Get Out of the Pit. Sign up at the Women’s Ministry table. Ladies’ Precepts Bible Study is currently studying the Old Testament kings and minor prophets on Monday evenings at 6:30 PM and Tuesday mornings at 9:15 AM. The Monday evening class will not meet on February 15, since CBC is closed in observance of President’s Day, nor on Tuesday, February 16, at 9:10 AM. Men Play Basketball on Tuesday nights in the MPR at 8:30 PM. Men’s Saturday Morning Bible Study meets in the Fireside Room every Saturday morn‐
ing at 7:00 AM. Join the men as they continue their study of the Book of Revelation. Middle School Super Bowl Party will be on February 7 beginning at 3:00 PM at Jason Cralley’s home.
