Bridal Hair and
Make Up Service Contract
THIS HAIR AND MAKE UP SERVICE CONTRACT is entered into as of
_______________, by and between _______________________________ (Bride) whose
address is ______________________________________________________________________, and
Be Pure Organic Salon & Boutique located at 5210 Butler Street, Pittsburgh,
PA 15201. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained and,
intending to be legally bound hereby, the Client and Be Pure Organic Salon
hair designers and makeup artists agree as follows:
1) Be Pure Organic Salons obligation to provide services hereunder is
subject to the unavailability of the Artists as a result of sickness,
accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond the Artists control.

“START TIME “ FOR SET UP.
5) PAYMENT. In full consideration for all services rendered by the Artist
at the location, the client agrees to make the following payment in U.S.
funds to Be Pure Organic Salon.
a) DEPOSIT. Client will pay a $200 non-refundable deposit to Be Pure

Organic Salon as a cash/check or credit card payment at the
consultation or by ____________.
b) PAYMENT OF BALANCE. Balance will be due on the wedding day (on
site weddings balance must be paid cash or check only). Parties of 6
or more require ½ of the balance to be paid one month prior to
wedding date. The client is responsible for her and the remaining
balance of her bridal party. You have the option to pay Be Pure
Organic Salon the remaining balance of the payment in cash/check or
credit card.

bridal and bridal party needs.
THIS PERTAINS TO ANYTHING EXTRA AFTER THE WEDDING
SERVICES ARE COMPLETED.
ii. HOURLY RATE: $100 per hour (pertains to client if needed for
pictures after wedding)
iii. TRAVEL RATE: ½ of the hourly rate-$50 per hour of travel from
place of hire.
6) CANCELATION: In the event that the client cancels the project less
than one- month prior to the Scheduled date, CLIENT WILL LOSE THE
DEPOSIT MADE TO SALON. If the client cancels the project with less
than one week prior to the Scheduled date, an additional cancelation
fee of $200 will be due. Upon payment of the cancelation fee, Client
will have no further liability to the Salon hereunder.
7) MISCELLANEOUS: The wedding Agreement and the attached rider(s),
if any, set forth the entire agreement between the parties, and may
not be amended except in writing signed by both parties. This Project
Agreement will be governed by and construed in Accordance with the
laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to the principles of
conflict of law. In any action or proceeding involving a dispute
between the Client and Be Pure Organic Salon arising out of this
Project Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to receive
from the losing party reasonable attorney's fees.
Be Pure Organic Salon and Bride have each caused this Service
Contract to be signed by it duly authorized representative.
