Summer heats up in February as TEN gets set to bring you The 2014 Sochi Olympic Winter Games!
From the Opening Ceremony until the Closing Ceremony, TEN, ONE and tenplay will broadcast more than
360 hours of live action from Sochi. Eight dedicated channels will also be available on tenplay, enabling
viewers to watch their favourite events and athletes anywhere and at any time. Also new in 2014 on TEN,
So You Think You Can Dance Australia makes its dancing debut. This year, international music and
television star Paula Abdul and Carrie Bickmore, co-host of The Project, will head the all-new cast.
On Seven, a new batch of home cooks step up to the stove in 2014 in what promises to be one of the most
hotly contested series in My Kitchen Rules history!
Fans and fan favourites turn up on Nine with all new The Block: Fans V Faves. This year the new fan
couples will be up against four returning Blockheads: the reigning champs from The Block Sky High, twins
Alisa and Lysandra, along with Brad and Dale, mates from 2012’s South Melbourne version of The Block who
have shed their better halves and teamed up.
Spicks and Specks is back in 2014 this February on ABC1. Sitting in the maestro’s chair will be new host
musical comedian Josh Earl. Joining him will be new team captains, singer Ella Hooper and comedian Adam
Richard. This year you can expect new games, challenges and surprises! Also returning this month on ABC1,
THE CHECKOUT, a satirical consumer affairs series presented by Julian Morrow and Craig Reucassel
(from The Chaser team). From cradles to graves, everyone’s a customer – and you have the right not to
remain silent.. And the wait is over as Cleaver Greene returns to ABC1 for the new season of RAKE.
Also back in 2014 SBS 2’s flagship news and current affairs program The Feed returns in a new 30 minute
format with twice the stories and twice the intellect! Hosted by Marc Fennell with reports from presenters
Jeannette Francis, Andy Park and Patrick Abboud The Feed serves up the latest news, technology and
culture.
This month on SBS ONE the explosive 6-part drama series Rectify, starring acclaimed Australian actors
Aden Young and Adelaide Clemens makes its debut. After 19 years in prison for the rape and murder of his
girlfriend, Daniel Holden (Aden Young) is released when new DNA evidence reveals he was wrongly
accused. Also on SBS ONE this month, Doctor Who’s David Tennant stars in 2-part mini-series Spies of
Warsaw. An adaptation of Alan Furst’s spy novel, this captivating story is set in the years leading up to the
Second World War. It's 1937 and a decorated war hero is drawn into a world of abduction, betrayal and
intrigue in the seedy back alleys of the city.
The question on everyone's lips will finally be answered when Sherlock returns on Nine. How did he do it?
And how will John take the news that his best friend faked his own death? What will Sherlock think when he
finds out John has fallen in love with Mary Morstan? Once again, the game is on for Sherlock and John. One
of Nine's biggest dramas, Love Child makes its debut this month. Love Child tells the stories of young
women and men fighting against an unjust system in a world on the brink of change.

February, one of the most anticipated dramas, The Blacklist is back with many questions unanswered. The
world's most wanted criminal is back… Critically-acclaimed six-part thriller The Returned makes its free-toair premiere on SBS 2. In a small French alpine village, a small group of men, women and children are trying
to return to their homes. What they don’t know is that they have been dead for several years, and no one is
expecting them back. This will be a homecoming like no other.
The adrenaline-charged seventh season of Burn Notice on ONE will keep hearts racing as viewers uncover
the details of the mysterious deal that renegade spy Michael Westen (Donovan) struck in the season six
finale. Also returning to ONE, season five of Sons of Anarchy. The season begins with Jax and Tara as the
club’s new king and queen after learning the truth behind his father's death and facing the consequences of

On ABC2, a new generation of comedy writer-performers come together for This is Littleton - a four-part
character-based sketch comedy series showcasing Australia’s best and brightest new comedy talent.
Screening as part of the ABC2 Wednesday documentary strand that seeks to shine a light on the issues faced
by young women in modern society, the Australian feature-length documentary, I AM A GIRL, paints a
picture of the reality of what it means to be a girl in the 21st century.

in this brand new ten-part series, Mexican Fiesta with Peter Kuruvita.
New to GEM this month, The Taste, puts competitors from professional chefs to home cooks, into a
