Thank you for choosing Charter Communications®. We really appreciate that you have selected our 24-month Price Guarantee offer and we
are committed to providing you the best value, service and entertainment anywhere.
This letter will serve to confirm your order of The Charter Bundle® with 24-month Price Guarantee Package, and your agreement to the terms
and conditions related to this Package. Please review this letter and retain for your files.
The terms of this Bundle Package are as follows:
1. Service Agreement. Charter Communications® will provide to you this Bundle Package, which includes Charter Internet® Plus with Home
Networking, Charter Wire Maintenance, your choice of Charter TV® in HD or Charter TV® in Digital, and 1 Premium Movie Package, for 24
months at the guaranteed price of $89.97 per month. In return, you agree to pay for the Bundle Package for the entire 24-month term. The
guaranteed price does not include the cost of installation and equipment, any applicable franchise fees, taxes, late fees, surcharges (e.g.
the Broadcast TV surcharge), or costs for other ancillary services that you may order.
If you were not previously a Charter Internet customer, the “Start Date” for your Bundle Package term will be the date your Charter Internet
service is installed. If you already were a Charter Internet customer, your Start Date will be the date you completed your Bundle Package
Service Agreement. On the Start Date, you will begin receiving the guaranteed discount price noted for each service you are receiving at
that time. If TV service is not installed until after your Start Date, you will not be charged for those services until they are installed.
Please note that you must receive and pay for all Bundle Package services to qualify for the Bundle Package guaranteed price. If you do not
allow or complete installation of any of TV or Internet service, you do not qualify and you will be charged at the regular monthly price for any
services that are installed. To avoid being charged regular prices for any service, you will need to either (i) call Charter and cancel service
prior to installation (in which case there will be no charge for such service), or (ii) complete your acceptance of the Service Agreement and
installation of both services (in which case you will receive the Bundle Package guaranteed price as originally intended).
2. Termination and Early Termination Fee. You may terminate this Bundle Package at any time by calling Charter. If you terminate per
Charter’s 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, or rescind this Bundle Package Service Agreement according to rescission rights granted under
applicable law (see “Notice of Cancellation” form), no termination fee, equipment, installation or services fee will be charged.
If this Package is terminated by you or due to your non-compliance after the first thirty (30) days and prior to the expiration date of
the commitment period, and without you signing a new 24-month term agreement, you agree to pay all charges and costs incurred
through the date of termination plus an early termination fee of up to $150 (the amount of the early termination fee will decrease
monthly over the term of your agreement). In the event your Bundle Package is terminated, but you do not disconnect altogether from
Charter, you will pay standard monthly prices for all services provided following termination.
Upgrades: You may switch to a different Price Guarantee package without incurring an early termination fee if you enter into a new
24-month term agreement. You may upgrade any TV or Internet service as an add-on to your existing Bundle Package without
incurring an early termination fee as long as you pay any additional fees due with such addition.
3. Other Terms and Restrictions. This offer is subject to your agreement to Charter’s standard service terms and conditions for
each of the included services.* It also is subject to the availability of service at your residence and is available only to persons
who have no outstanding obligations to Charter. This offer is not available to seasonal service customers or business customers.
After the Bundle Package 24-month price guarantee term expires, unless you otherwise notify us, Charter will continue to
provide all of the services to you on a month-to-month basis at our then-current standard monthly prices for such services.

“Notice of Cancellation”
You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days from the date
you receive the document to which this notice is attached. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments
made by you under the service agreement or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you, will be
returned within 10 days following receipt by Charter Communications® of your cancellation notice, and any
security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled.
If you cancel, you must make available to Charter at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when
received, any goods delivered to you under this service agreement or sale, or you may, if you wish, comply with
Charter’s instructions regarding the return shipment of the goods at Charter’s expense and risk.
If you do make the goods available to Charter and Charter does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of
your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to
make the goods available to Charter, or if you agree to return the goods to Charter and fail to do so, then you
remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.
