This letter will serve to confirm your order of Charter Internet™ Express with 24-month Price Guarantee Package, and your agreement to the terms and conditions related to this package. Please review this letter and retain for your files. The terms of this package are as follows: 1. Service Agreement. Charter Communications® will provide to you this Package, which includes Charter Internet™ Express for 24 months at the guaranteed price of $29.99 per month. In return, you agree to pay for the Package for the entire 24-month term. The guaranteed price does not include the cost of installation and equipment, any applicable franchise fees, taxes or late fees, or costs for other ancillary services that you may order. If you were not previously a Charter Internet™ Express customer, the "Start Date" for your Package term will be the date your Charter Internet™ service is installed. If you already were a Charter Internet™ Express customer, your Start Date will be the date you completed your Package Service Agreement. On the Start Date, you will begin receiving the guaranteed discount price noted for this service. Please note that you must receive and pay for the Charter Internet™ package with price guarantee to qualify for the package guaranteed price. If you do not allow or complete installation of Internet, you do not qualify and you will be charged at the regular monthly price for this service that is installed. To avoid being charged regular prices for this service, you will need to either (i) call Charter and cancel service prior to installation (in which case there will be no charge for such service), or (ii) complete your acceptance of the Service Agreement and installation of this service (in which case you will receive the Package guaranteed price as originally intended). 2. Termination and Early Termination Fee. You may terminate this Package at any time by calling Charter. If you terminate per Charter’s 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, or rescind this Package Service Agreement according to rescission rights granted under applicable law (see “Notice of Cancellation” form on back), no termination fee or services fee will be charged. If you terminate your Price Guarantee package after the first thirty (30) days and prior to the expiration date of the commitment period, and without re-signing another 24-month term agreement, you agree to pay all applicable taxes and an early termination fee of up to $75 (the amount of the early termination fee will decrease monthly over the term of your agreement). In the event that you terminate this Package Service Agreement, but do not disconnect altogether from Charter, you will pay standard monthly prices for all services provided following termination. Upgrades: You may switch to a different Price Guarantee package without incurring an early termination fee if you enter into a new 24-month term agreement. You may upgrade your Internet service as an add-on to your existing Package without incurring an early termination fee as long as you pay any additional fees due with such an addition. 3. Other Terms and Restrictions. This offer is subject to your agreement to Charter’s standard service terms and conditions for this service.* It also is subject to the availability of service at your residence and is available only to persons who have no outstanding obligations to Charter. This offer is not available to seasonal service customers or business customers. After the Package 24-month price guarantee term expires, unless you otherwise notify us, Charter will continue to provide all of the services to you on a month-to-month basis at our then-current standard monthly prices for such services. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the service agreement or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you, will be returned within 10 days following receipt by Charter Communications® of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled. If you do make the goods available to Charter and Charter does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to Charter, or if you agree to return the goods to Charter and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.
