APPEAL FROM NOTICE TO ABATE UNLAWFUL
MARIJUANA CULTIVATION
(Article 5.9 of Chapter IV of the Nevada County General Code)
Any person upon whom a Notice to Abate Unlawful Marijuana Cultivation has been
served may make a request in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for an
Administrative Review Hearing to appeal the determination of the Enforcing Officer
that the conditions set forth in the Notice constitute a public nuisance, or to show
cause why those conditions should not be abated in accordance with the provisions of
Article 5.9 of Chapter IV of the Nevada County General Code. Any such
administrative review shall be commenced by filing the written request with the Clerk of
the Board of Supervisors within five (5) calendar days after the date that said
Notice was served.
