Reference is made to the stock exchange release as of
19 January 2017, where the Company published the
acquisition of three (3) large Norwegian built
Platform Supply Vessels ("Vessels") for a en-bloc
consideration of USD 40 million
On 8 February the transaction was completed and S.D
Standard Drilling, through subsidiaries, took delivery
of the Vessels.
Following the completion of acquisition of Vessels the
Company owns 100% of three (3) large-size PSVs and
has invested in additional 13 mid-size PSVs, bringing
the total fleet of partly and/or fully owned vessels
up to 16 PSVs.
