Provide prekindergarten teachers with opportunities in August to prepare their classroom learning centers in alignment with the expectations of the grant. Meet with representatives from Children’s Courtyard, Manor ISD’s CDC, and Child’s Inc. respectively to enter into contractual agreements, outlining each MOU. Create a Pre-Kindergarten Information Booklet for clear communication among all stakeholders. Provide information to all parents and stakeholders through pre-registration, flyers, letters, and information booklets. Provide on-going monthly training with Region XIII coaches for all Pre-K teachers at Central Office. Meet with pre-k coaches and pre-k teachers to address areas of growth and collaborate with coaches to provide professional development to those teachers. Provide all teachers with a camera for video-taping purposes and reflective conversations with coaches Attend Leadership institute for School Ready Collaborative grant to learn how to support the pre-kindergarten teachers and program. 3|Page
