Cancellations Statement:
Cancellations may be made by phone or in writing. Cancellations received on or before September
19, 2012 will receive a full tuition refund. Cancellations received after September 19, 2012 will be
assessed a $20 processing fee. NO refunds or cancellations will be given after September 26th, 2012.
If this meeting is cancelled for any reason, including labor strikes or acts of God, liability is limited to
a full refund of registration fees.

Course Description
Intended primarily for family medicine
and pediatric physicians, this course
will provide a review of established and
new information in selected pediatric
specialties.
Objectives
Attendees will be able to:
1. Discuss why we screen newborns for cyanotic congenital heart
disease, understand the effectiveness of existing programs for
screening newborns, and become familiar with the Indiana program
for screening all newborns for cyanotic congenital heart disease.
2. Review contemporary and current treatments of ear, nose, throat,
airway and associated conditions of the head and neck seen in the
general pediatric office.
3. Recognize the Dental presentation of GI disease, understand the
diagnostic tools and community resources for celiac disease patients,
identify abdominal pain caused by constipation, and recognize GI
presentations for diagnosis of Gastroesophageal reflux disease and
eosinophilic esophagitis.
