Sponsored in part by Staten Island Academy, the Museum re-opens for free beginning at 5 p.m., offers a free snack at 6, and the dancing begins at 7. After a few minutes of instruction, everyone is invited to get up and boogie! Families are encouraged to pack a picnic dinner, and dine under the tent on the Meadow—what a wonderful way to tuck some quality family time into your family’s busy schedule! July is International Month, and features cultural dance from all over the globe; August is American Month, with artists presenting traditional American dancing.
