Nationaltrendsarereportedforcomparison.Wealsopresentexploratoryanalysison factorsthatmayhaveplayedaroleintheobservedPellGrantreceipttrends,including changesinstudentdemographiccomposition,changesinCUNYpolicy,andchangesinthe PellGrantprogram.
