Benefit
Health Insurance: Choice of three health plan options with
varied levels of cost sharing. Coverage available for spouses,
civil union partners & children.
Dental Insurance: Choice of PPO & DHMO plan options.
Coverage available for spouses, civil union partners & children.
Vision Benefit: Two vision plan options. Coverage available for
spouses, civil union partners and children.
Health Savings Account: Pre-tax savings account to cover
eligible medical, dental & vision expenses. Employer
contribution based on employee/family coverage tier.
Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts: Pre-tax spending
account to cover eligible medical, dental & vision expenses.
Retirement Savings Plan 403(b)
All employees eligible to contribute to pre-tax retirement
savings plan. Hospital will match contributions up to a
maximum of 5% of eligible earnings. Vested in hospital
matching contributions after three years of service.
Employee Life Insurance: Hospital paid basic life insurance of
one times annual base salary. Employee paid coverage
available up to a total of four times annual base salary.
Dependent Life Insurance: Employee paid coverage available
for spouse, civil union partner and children.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment: Employee paid
coverage available for employee, spouse, civil union partner
and children.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 29 days accrued per year for new
employees to be used for holidays (7), vacation, personal
illness (in conjunction with short-term disability) & other
eligible time off. PTO accrued based on hours worked.
Short-Term Disability: Hospital paid coverage. 60% weekly
pay replacement for a maximum of 26 weeks.
Long-Term Disability: Hospital paid coverage equal to 60% of
monthly pay replacement. Option to purchase additional
coverage of 66 2/3% pay replacement.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Available for employee,
dependents, spouse/partner & extended family. The EAP
provides confidential access to a variety of resources to help
deal with personal issues.
Wellness Advantage Program: A wide variety of options are
available to support & reward healthy activities & behaviors.
Access to flu shots, condition management programs, health
coaching & education.
Help at Hand: In-house concierge service for employees,
available Monday through Friday.

contribution of up to $100/month to participating employees.
Back-Up Family Care Program: Provides temporary care for
your children & adult/elder family members to allow you to
get to work. Program utilizes a network of local contracted
home health care agencies & drop in care centers.
Child Care Referral Service: Free online referral service to
various providers through Lifeworks.
Adoption Assistance: Reimbursement of $5,000 per child to
help offset eligible adoption expenses.
College Coaching: Resources available to assist employees &
their families with college planning including the selection,
application & financial processes.
"Bright Start" 529 College Savings Program: Employees can
contribute to a college savings account through direct deposit.

Tuition Assistance: Up to $5,000 of monetary assistance per
year for your professional development. (Pro-rated for parttime employees).
Pre-Tax Transit Benefit Option: Pre-Tax commuter benefit
option available to cover public transportation and parking

charges after insurance has been applied.
