of providing fun, play-based, interactive, hands-on learning experiences for
children and their families in Tucson and Southern Arizona.
This fall, as our anniversary year comes to a close, the Museum will be
honoring our founders as well as commemorating 25 years of educational
fun with An Evening of Play. Let your inner child enjoy an adult evening
at the Children’s Museum Tucson where you can see, touch, hear and
play with our latest exhibits!
Delight in the Museum’s galleries and transformed courtyard as you enjoy a
sensory experience of live artistic performances, savory culinary creations
from Tucson’s best chefs and playfully inspired libations.
An Evening of Play sponsorship is a great opportunity to illustrate your
support for the Children’s Museum Tucson and to connect with individuals
and organizations that share your support and passion for the Museum. More
importantly, however, An Evening of Play sponsorship will directly impact the
quality and quantity of our interactive exhibits and educational programming,
which touch the lives of over 123,00 children and families annually!
The Children’s Museum’s Mission is To provide fun, play-based, interactive, hands-on learning experiences
for children and their families. Our Vision is to inspire children and their families to reach their full potential
through discovery, creativity and learning.
Your sponsorship support of An Evening of Play is critical to Tucson’s children.
Examples of how your sponsorship support will help the Museum
and impact those we serve are;
Silver Sponsorship - $7,500
Contributes significantly to the creation of a new exhibit in the Museum. This winter the Museum hopes to install
a completely redesigned music exhibit. Research has shown that music helps stimulate children’s brain
connections and a new musical experience at the Museum will be an interactive and engaging means
to expose children to Music from a very early age.
Sensational Sponsorship - $5,000
Allows the Children’s Museum Tucson to host a free admission day for the entire community. Free admission
days help the Museum remain accessible to our entire community and makes certain that children and
families have the opportunity to learn, grow and explore the Museum regardless of economic means.
Free admission days attract over 2,000 children and families.
Soiree Sponsorship - $2,500
Allows the Museum to provide 10 Community Memberships to other local nonprofit organizations that serve and
support children and their families. Community Memberships are transferable and also allow a group of up to 10
children/adults to visit the Museum at one time. Examples of organizations that have requested Community
Memberships from the Museum are Arizona State Deaf & Blind, Aviva, Casa de los Niños, and Child Protective
Services. With the benefits of a Community Membership, these fellow nonprofit organizations can serve children
and families with a safe, fun, educational and enriching experience at the Museum.
Star Sponsorship - $1,250
Allows 125 children from Title 1 (low-income) schools to visit the Museum and participate in one of our Adventure
Learning Tours that features hands-on learning experiences that supports their in-class curriculum and is aligned
with Arizona academic standards. Absent of sponsored school tours, many of these students would not have the
resources to visit the Children’s Museum Tucson.
