Birthday party packages include a decorated table, t-shirt for the birthday child, and a YMCA Birthday Party Staff Member to set up and clean up! 406-248-1685 402 N. 32nd Street Billings, MT 59101 www.billingsymca.org Program Information: PROGRAM INFORMATION Birthday Party Times: Party days and times are as follows:  Friday evenings: 6:00pm – 7:30pm  Saturdays: 12:00pm – 1:30pm, 2:00pm – 3:30pm  Party times and days may be subject to change based on the month that the party is scheduled and if it is a holiday or there is a special event at the YMCA. Party Package Choices:  Tumble Party: This party is designed for children 1 – 8 years of age. Party includes decorated table with color choice of blue, green, yellow, red, or pink and 45 min. of tumbling fun! Kids will go thru obstacle courses, tumble, play, rock climb and more in our Thomas Kids Gym. Party staff will set up, lead the activities and clean up!  Rock Climbing Party: This party is designed for children 7 – 12 years of age. Party includes  decorated table with color choice of blue, green, yellow, red, or pink and 45 min. of Rock Climbing adventure on the YMCA Rock Wall. Party staff will set up, lead the activities and clean up! Pool Party: This party is designed for children 8 – 12 years of age. Party includes decorated table with color choice of blue, green, yellow, red, or pink and 1 hour of swim time! Party staff will set up, lead the activities and clean up! Cost:  Tumble Party o o  Rock Climbing Party o o  Members*: $10.00 per child, minimum of 6 children, maximum of 12 children Non Members: $12.00 per child, minimum of 6 children, maximum of 12 children Members*: $12.00 per child. Minimum of 6 children, maximum of 12 children Non Members: $14.00 per child. Minimum of 6 children, maximum of 12 children Pool Party o o Members*: $12.00 per child. Minimum of 6 children, maximum of 12 children. *The Birthday child’s parent(s) must have a family membership to the YMCA to qualify for the member rate on the parties. Registration Information: Please register with Member Services. Children who will be attending the party and who are not members of the YMCA will need to have a YMCA guest pass filled out and signed by their parent before they can be admitted into the YMCA.
