Ira Aldridge Theatre Company
of Nevada as they perform
The Threepenny Opera, an
adaptation of the 18th century
The Beggar’s Opera. This play
offers savage, biting commentary
on bourgeois capitalism and
modern day morality. “Sweet”
Lou Collins, a co-founder of
the Shoes for Children, will emcee.

of children’s athletic shoes sized
to fit preschoolers to high school
youth. Donations will also be
accepted from November 20
through December 23 at all
District branches. All donated
shoes will be distributed to children within neighboring
elementary schools and also donated to local charities.
