After a hunt at a wildlife management area (WMA) have you

at the Pine Log WMA on November 22nd had 500 hunters. Killed

GUNS STOLEN FROM ACWORTH HOUSE
A rifle and a shotgun were stolen from a house at 7284 Staton
Place, Acworth. On Monday, Janice Mathis told Bartow Co. Sheriff's
Deputies that someone entered the residence through an unlocked
back door and took the guns from a bedroom. A suspect was seen in
the area trying to sell one of the guns. The burglary is under investigation.
♦ GLADE RD. IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED
A public information open house to discuss the Georgia D.O.T's
proposed improvements to Glade Rd. is scheduled for Thursday from
5-7 p.m. The meeting will be held at Allatoona Elementary School
at 4150 New Hope Church Rd., Acworth. The proposed plan calls
for the reconstruction of Glade Road from Homestead Dr. to Ryan
Rd. for a distance of 3.7 miles.
