ACME Prop Rental Terms + Conditions
General Information
ACME’s complete Prop Catalog is available online at acmeproprental.com. ACME can be contacted via e-mail at
[email protected] or calling (347) 529–6158, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Prop viewings are by appointment only. Contact us to schedule an appointment, check availibility of props, or place items on hold.
To place a reservation and confirm a rental order, please sign and return this document to ACME via e-mail or as a fax to
(347) 412–1663, along with a Credit Card Authorization (Page 2).
For your convenience, the blank fields in this form can be completed in an Adobe PDF compatible application.
Rates and Terms
All rates are for weekly rentals. Props are due back 7 days from the first day of rental. We do not offer discounts for one day or short
term rentals.
Condition
We strive to keep our props in the best possible condition, and to represent them accurately through the photography in our online
catalog. However, all items are rented as-is. If you have any question about the appearance or condition of an item, we encourage
you to make an appointment to view items in-person prior to renting.
Delivery and Pickup
We can deliver your order to you, and/or pick it up. Let us know the delivery or pickup date, time, and location, and we will get you a
quote. You are also welcome to pickup or return your order from our studio. Pickup and return hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
Packaging
All rentals will be wrapped or boxed. Please do your best to re-wrap the items when returning them to prevent damage. If your item
was packed in a packing blanket, please return the packing blanket with your order, or you will be billed for the unreturned blanket.
Deposit
The customer is responsible for any damage to items beyond the original condition it was released in. A credit card number must be
provided to keep on file in the event of any damage or loss. Damages may be billed as a repair, cleaning fee, or replacement.
Payment
Credit Card, check, or cash are accepted. All rentals must be paid in full by the time of pickup or delivery. Once an order is finalized
and leaves our studio, payment is non-refundable.
Agreement
By placing an order, Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ACME Studio, Inc. and its agents and employees, against any
claims of any sort resulting from any activity in connection with the Products being leased.
