NOVEMBER STASH SHOWDOWN
STANDINGS AS OF 11/30/2014
The Stash Showdown is the network-wide enrollment contest for all Stash partner
hotels. Throughout November, GSAs and Reservaon Agents earn 250 points for every
qualified enrollment generated via the Stash Hub. Prizes are awarded to the top hotel and
the top GSA.
DETAILS
•
Contest runs 11/1 – 11/30
•
Valid for qualified enrollments only (guest stays at hotel)
•
Counts stays up to 12/7 for enrollments up to 11/30.
•
Showdown first-stay funding only applied to stays through 12/1.
PRIZES
•
250 Stash points to Stash partner associates for each qualified enrollment.
•
5,000 bonus Stash points - OR—a $50 Visa gi/ card to the Stash partner associate with
the highest qualified enrollments across all associates in their weight class.
•
The top hotel in each weight class will win a celebratory pizza party.
•
The hotel in each weight class with the most qualified enrollments will each win a huge,
shiny trophy—bragging rights included!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the two most important things for me to remember?
1. It’s not enough to enroll the member via the Hub. As always, you have to add the Member ID (email address) to
your PMS. They must be an exact match or you won’t get credit (or points) for a Qualified Enrollment.

2. Points add up fast. A li'le extra focus on enrollments in February can send you on a vaca*on. A GSA from the
May 2013 Showdown earned enough points for her honeymoon in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Why are my Qualified Enrollments lower than Total Enrollments?
Only Qualified Enrollments count during the contest. Qualified enrollments are enrollments associated with a hotel
stay. The member ID must be matched with an email address in your hotel’s PMS.
There are a few reasons that an enrollment may not be reflected as a Qualified Enrollment:
1. The guest stay informa*on has not been received and processed by Stash. This may take up to 2 weeks a6er the
guest checks out. (This is why we don’t announce victors un*l mid-June – to allow hotels *me to submit their stay
reports.)
2. The reserva*on didn’t have the guest’s Stash member ID email associated with it. Always make sure the guest’s
Stash member ID email is recorded with their reserva/on prior to check-out so Stash can process the stay.
3. The member enrolled was not a guest staying at the hotel at the *me of enrollment. Qualified enrollments are
only associated with guests staying at your hotel when they are enrolled.
Does the stay have to be eligible for points to count? Or can I enroll an OTA guest?
All enrollments associated with a stay, regardless of rate eligibility count in this contest.
What is the cost to my hotel?
ZERO. Stash is funding the award points. AND Stash will fund 100% of the first-stay point costs for all new Stash members who are enrolled through the Stash Hub at your hotel.
