Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
Your child’s safety is our primary concern. At Drop Off, sign in your child with our staff. At Pick Up, the registration form provides a space
for the names of up to four (4) people who can sign your child out of the program. In order to sign a child out, one of these designated
people must show a photo ID and sign their name and time of pick up on the master attendance sheet. For your child’s safety, please be
prepared to show identification.
Lunch and Snacks
Children need to bring lunch (if attending both daily sessions), drinks and snacks each day. We do not refrigerate lunches or snacks so
please keep this in mind when preparing them. We recommend healthy snacks: carrots and dip, granola bars and water or juice.
Attire
Please provide your child with the proper attire. Closed toe shoes are required. Sunscreen and a hat are highly recommended.
Personal Items
Children should not bring personal items i.e. toys, games, MP3 players, money, etc. Staff cannot be responsible for these items.
Discipline
Should a disciplinary problem arise, parents/guardians will be contacted if the problem affects the safety and well-being of another camper
or staff member or if the problem cannot be resolved after fair warning. The “three strike” system for misbehavior is used in all camp
programs. Participants are allowed three (3) strikes for misbehavior; however, suspension or expulsion is possible regardless of strikes or
without warnings if a child deliberately harms another child or participates in the deliberate or willful destruction of property.
Late Fee
A late fee will be charged when children are picked up late from either session. Ten dollars ($10) will be charged for the first 15 minutes.
One dollar ($1) will be assessed for each minute after the first 15 minutes. This policy is strictly enforced.
