Who We Are
Yorkville Sports Association has been a leader in the organization of corporate amateur sports leagues
and is proud to have served over 250,000 New Yorkers since 1978. Initially, six community teams formed
the first summer softball league with 120 players. Today more than 10,000 men and women participate
in softball, flag and touch football, golf, basketball, and Wiffle ball tournaments, and new for 2015
bocce, dodgeball, and kickball throughout the year.
YSA programs include competitive and recreational games for men, women and coed teams and offer
the opportunity for teams to play against others matched by their skill level.
Yorkville Sports Association is committed to providing the excitement and structure of a well-organized
sports league for adults and is dedicated to providing the best in-league play in the New York City
metropolitan area and Westchester area.

Overview of Sponsorship Opportunities for YSA Sports
Tournaments
The main incentive of our participating sponsors is direct awareness and exposure to our targeted group
of players. This is a great way to gain and maintain brand visibility, strengthen your brand image within
your target market and develop new business among our sports participants.
Yorkville Sports Association offers multiple tournaments throughout the year and our commitment to our
players and community is a priority. YSA gives individuals throughout the tri-state area an outlet to
release daily tensions, develop team spirit and increase morale while staying fit.
In the past 5 years, we have turned our tournaments into special events fundraisers for local not-for-profit
organizations. The organizations that benefit are listed on previous page and are located in the towns
where the tournaments are being held, in order to support the communities.

TOURNAMENTS SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
In the past few years, we had over 150 teams competing in our tournaments that represent members of
the Yorktown community and tri-state area. Tournaments are played at fields in Yorktown on weekends;
running at different times of the year.
Pro Bowl Flag Football Tournament
January 10, 2015
Navajo Field at Yorktown Sports Complex
YSA will be hosting their annual Pro Bowl Flag Football Tournament. Teams can enter in a men's only or
coed flag football division and are guaranteed to play a minimum of two games. We are offering this
years portion proceeds to benefit the Harrison Apar Field of Dreams Foundation, which supports the
improvement of town and school recreational programs and facilities.
Wiffathon Tournament
June 2015
Yorktown Heights Firehouse Field
YSA will be holding their third annual Wiffle ball Wiffathon Tournament. Open to all ages, teams can be a
family or those who are competitive in nature. Teams are guaranteed a three game minimum. A portion
of the proceeds will be benefiting the Yorktown Heights Engine Company #1, Yorktown Height's
volunteer fire department.

Nothin' But Net 3-on-3 Tournament
July 8,9,10, 2015
FDR Park Basketball Court
YSA will be hosting their second annual Nothin' But Net 3-on-3 basketball tournament. Open to ages 16
and over, teams from the tri-state area who are competitive or families are welcome to play in their own
division. A portion of the proceeds from Nothin' but Net will be donated to the Yorktown Teen Center,
which provides safe, positive, enriching, fun, supervised programs for Yorktown teens.
Hudson Valley Tournament of Champions
September 2015
Various Venues in Hudson Valley
YSA is hosting the first ever Hudson Valley Softball Tournament of Champions. The Hudson Valley
Tournament of Champions is YSA’s first softball tournament in the greater Hudson Valley area. A portion
of the proceeds will be benefiting multiple charities throughout the Hudson Valley Area. We hope to
raise over $250,000.
Wifftoberfest Wiffle Ball Tournament
October 17, 2015
Navjao Fields at the Yorktown Sports Complex
YSA is holding the third annual Wifftoberfest Wiffle Ball Tournament. There will be a family division and a
competitive division, both of which are open to all ages. Each team will be guaranteed a three game
minimum. We will be offering a portion of the proceeds will be going to Support Connection, Inc.; a
Yorktown Heights based non-profit organization that provides emotional, social, and educational
support to women, their families, and friends affected by breast and ovarian cancer all over the county
through toll free services.

Turkey Bowl Coed and Men’s Flag Football Tournament
November 28, 2015

YSA will be hosting our renowned and annual Turkey Bowl Men’s, Coed, and Family Division Flag Football
Tournament, Thanksgiving weekend. Open to ages 16 and over, individuals in the tri-state can
participate in a recreational game. A portion of the proceeds will be benefiting the Yorktown Food
Pantry.

We are offering sponsors two payment options, a onetime payment of $1000.00,
which we are now offering to you for a limited time for $900.00 or a payment
schedule will be setup with three easy payments of $333.00 ea . The sponsorship
will start the 1st or the 15th of the month after payment is received and will run for
one (1) year.
