2.2 Tournament Details
o Saturday – 21st March 2015:

08:30 a.m. – Transport from the hotel to the tournament hall.

09:00 a.m. – Doors open.

10:00 a.m. – Official opening of the 4th IFK U18 & 1st IFK U-21 World
Tournament.
2.3 Check-in
The check-in will be held in Shefayim Kibbutz Hotel.
You can check-in on:
o Thursday – 19th March 2015
o Friday – 20th March 2015
2.4 Entry Fees
o All competitors must pay 35€ to compete in the individual event.
o Each team must pay 50€ to compete in the team event.
o This fee includes: Goodie bag, certificate and transport to tournament hall
and return.
o All fees shall be paid at registration. Fees can be paid in local currency.
2.5 Spectator Tickets:
o 10€ per person.
o Tickets sale will be held on 20th March 2015 in Shefayim Kibbutz Hotel and on
21st March 2015 in the tournament hall. Tickets can be paid in local currency.

2.6 Country Representative meeting
The country representation meeting will take place at the hotel on Friday 20th
March at afternoon hours, accurate time will be given.
2.7 Knockdown Referee course
The Knockdown Referee course will take place at the hotel on Friday 20th March
at afternoon hours, accurate time will be given.
2.8 Clicker Referee course
The Clicker Referee course will take place at the hotel on Friday 20th March at
afternoon hours, accurate time will be given.
2.9 Sayonara party
o The Sayonara party will be held in Shefayim Kibbutz Hotel. Drinks are not
included.
o Fees: 25€ per person.
o Sayonara party tickets sale will be held on 20th March 2015 in Shefayim
Kibbutz Hotel. Tickets can be paid in local currency.

4 Tournament information
4.1 Juniors – Clicker:
o Categories:
 Individual:
 Category 1 – Boys -160 cm
 Category 3 – Girls -160 cm
 Category 2 – Boys +160 cm
 Category 4 – Girls +160 cm

Team
o Under 16 Clicker Fighters must be under 16 on the day of the tournament.
During the medicals there will be verification of the competitor’s age with an
official proof of identity (Passport).
o Minimum age of the competitor is 10.
o Minimum grade is 8th KYU – Blue belt.
o IFK Country Entries 3 fighters per individual category. Host country has
double entry.
IFK Country can send 2 teams (5 participants plus a reserve). Host country
has double entry. The team members must be the same as in the individual
categories.
o Duration of Fights – as per IFK Clicker Rules – 1.5 minutes.
o Fighter Protection
 Boys – Approved Shin and in step protectors and clicker hand mitts. Groin
guards are optional at the fighter's discretion.

Girls – Approved Shin and in step protectors, clicker hand mitts.
Approved breast protectors are optional at the fighter's discretion.

Gum shields are optional at the fighter's discretion.
o Refereeing Rules – As per IFK Clicker Rules.
o Referee Uniforms – as per IFK Clicker Referee uniform.
o Insurance – Fighters must obtain their own insurance.

o The tournament organizers may change the category system according to the
number of competitors and the competition conditions.

day of the tournament. During the medicals there will be verification of the
competitor’s age with an official proof of identity (Passport).
o Minimum grade is 6th KYU – Yellow belt.
o IFK Country Entries 2 competitors per category. Host country has double
entry.
Non IFK Countries 1 Fighter per category.
o Duration of Fights – as per IFK Kyokushin Rules
2 mins, 2 mins extension, weight decision 5kg and over, enchosen 2 mins.
Final 2 mins, 2 mins, enchosen 2 mins (no weight decision in the final).
Maximum 3 rounds.

o Each country can send 1 coach for the junior clicker category, 1 coach for the
junior Kyokushin rules category and 1 coach for the cadet & senior
categories.
4.6 Trophies:
o There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for all karatekas.
o Special Prizes – Most Spirited Fighter Cadet, Most Spirited Fighter Junior
Kyokushin, Most Spirited Fighter Junior Clicker, Fastest Knockout Cadet,
Fastest Knockout Senior, Best Technique Junior Clicker, Best Technique
