Admission Procedure
General
Registration for Admission into LKPSG is available at all times through the School
Admission Office. Admission into the School, however, is generally possible during
Term 1 of the each Academic Year after appropriate assessment. Admission at
other times during the Academic Year will be at the absolute discretion of the
School having regard to the result of the assessment of the student’s ability to
reasonably cope with the rigor of the School’s Academic and Co-Curricular
programs and activities in line with the Vision and Mission of the School. Students
of any Nationality who have been so assessed would be admitted.
In the absolute discretion of the School, priority could be given to children of the
staff of the School, or where there are siblings already studying in the School.
Admission decision by the School is final.
Criteria
1. Pre-admission meeting between the Principal and the child, together with the
parents/guardian, will be carried out to assess the suitability of the School for
the child and the degree of preparedness of the child. Where appropriate, a
review of the child’s performance in the previous school may be considered.
2. Admissions to the School will be through the appropriate assessment in
English, Mathematics and/or Science as well as a review of the possible
contribution of the child to the Vision and Mission of the School. Where
appropriate, a review of the child’s performance in the previous School will be
undertaken.
Procedures for Admission Application
Fully completed Registration form for Admission must be submitted together
with
the
payment
of
the
non-refundable
Registration
fee
of(_______________)through Cheque/DD in account of LKPSG Payable at par.
After assessment of the child, the parent will submit duly filled admission form
along with the following documents:

Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school
Latest report from the previous School, where applicable
Two (2) Passport-size photographs of the Parents
Eight (8) Passport-size photographs of the Student
Two (2) copies of the Student’s Birth Certificate
Original Documents
The original documents will be required at the time of Admission and returned
back after the attestation of the photocopies.

A grace period of one month will be provided to those students who
are falling
falling short of the minimum age criteria. Maximum age should not
