one dedicated installation premium for free. The installation premium customers are eligible for depends on
the eye3 Plan subscribed to and the pre-existing Residential Fixed Line service(s) subscribed to (if
applicable). Customer can terminate the contract by giving us a 30 days’ prior written notice at any time, but if
customer terminates before the expiry of the Commitment Period but customer will be liable to pay the early
termination charges and other charges(of any). For the details of the early termination charges and other

press 3). This service plan is only available to selected areas and residential buildings. A redemption letter
regarding installation premium will be sent to eligible Customer(s) four weeks upon such Customer(s) pays the
