Aussie Broadband’s PSTN Phone service utilises the existing phone network to a provide simple, hassle
free phone service with great call rates.
Requirements and Availability
Our PSTN Phone service is not sold stand alone, it must be bundled with a Broadband service from Aussie
Broadband.
Minimum Term
There is no minimum term.
Included Features
Call Back, Call Return, Call Waiting, 3-way chat and call forwarding are all standard features. You may also
purchase additional features like Voicemail, Calling Number Display, Duel Phone & Fax, and Silent

Standardised Cost Information
A call to a standard national mobile number incurs a per minute rate of 36c per minute with 39c flagfall
(Home and Home Bundle), or 30c per minute with 39c flagfall fall (Business).
A 2 minute national mobile call will cost $1.11 with Home Phone or Home Phone Bundle
A 2 minute national mobile call will cost $0.99 with Business Phone

Sales and Accounts: 8am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. Closed on Public
Holidays.
Support: 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturday, 10am to 6pm on Sunday. Public
holidays are 10am to 4pm except for Christmas Day and Good Friday.
