PHONE REGISTRATION Phone-in registrations will be accepted using MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Have your card ready when you call. Registrations are accepted from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. No receipts or confirmations will be given for registrations. Call 586-797-6900. REFUND POLICY Unless otherwise indicated, refunds will be the amount of tuition less $10 processing fee. Refunds will be granted for all classes, excluding classes that meet one or two times, prior to the start of the 2nd class. No refunds after the second class. Classes that meet one or two times will only be refunded prior to the start of the class. Material, book, and disk fees will not be refunded. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued in the manner in which it was paid. No refunds for swim. RETURN CHECK POLICY All returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee. NOTIFICATION OF CLASSES Only in the event of cancellation or change will you be notified by phone or mail. Please check location and date of your selected class. If the school is closed for any reason, classes will not be held. Make-up classes will only be held if the class is cancelled by UCS. There will be no make-up classes or refunds for classes if participants are unable to attend. GUIDELINES - CLASSES WITH POTENTIAL COMMERCIAL CONTENT Within the school property boundary, the institution should not sell products or services from which the institution can financially benefit; however, products or services may be recommended if the instructor is not affiliated with the product. The cost of classroom supplies sold on site by the instructor should not exceed local retail value. Literature, including fliers and business cards, may be made available to participants before or after class time only upon the request of the participants.
