(a) The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. (b) The
minimum specific experience as Prime contractor at least 01 (One) contract of Site Development work of minimum Contract value of
at lest Tk. 248.00 Lac (Taka Two Hundred Forty Eight Lac Only) successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years in
Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. The experience certificate for successful completion of works
shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Department/Organization.(c) The
required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk- 900.00 Lac (Nine Hundred Lac) over the last 5 (Five) years in
Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (d) The certificate of free fund (liquid assets) must be
unconditional Bank statement (Original) or certificate in support of liquid asset, working capital or credit facilities issued from the Bank
within 28 days before the date of tender submission will be accepted. (e) The tenderer must submit:
(i) Attested Photocopy of up to
date income tax clearance certificate. (ii) Valid Attested photocopy of VAT registration certificate. (iii) Attested Photocopy of up to
date trade license.
(f) The Original Money receipt of purchasing tender document must be included with the original tender
documents. (g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in Tenderer data sheet of Tender Documents.

Special Instruction:The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.
If the Tenderer submits any false/incorrect or forged certificate, action would be taken as per PPR-2008.
The tenderer shall enclose the original in one (1) envelop and two copies of the Tenderer in another envelope, duly Signing & marking the
envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. These sealed envelopes will then be enclosed and in one (1) single outer envelope.
If necessary item wise analysis may be asked from the Tenderer.
Every pages of the tender document including BOQ must be signed with seal by the Tenderer.
The procuring Entity may increase amount of the performance Security amounting 20% of the contract value, if the TEC considers the tender is
imbalanced as a result of front loading or excessive low rate in comparison to the official estimate.
