The contractor shall abide by company with previsions of the Company Apprentices Act, 1961 and the Rules R and order issued thereunder from rom time to time. If he fails to do so, his failure fa will be treated as breach of the contract and The Superintending Engineer may, in his discretion, cancel the contract. The contractor shall also be liable for any pecuniary liability arising on account of any violation by him as per provisions of the Act. 9. Contractors must observe the labour law by production or registration Certificate and License from the concerned Registering Officer under Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
