If team would like to participatewith more than 2 persons(in individual

have to be paid upon arrival.
Delegationsaccreditationwill take place upon arrival. For accreditation
the headof delegationis requiredto bring the followingdocuments:
-passportsof all membersof the delegation
-proofof medicalinsuranceof all membersof the delegation
-CD with musicfor the programs(2 copiesof each routine+1copy keep
for training)
-2 copiesof D form (per eachapparatus,eachgymnastor group)
- 3rd copy of D form please keep in any case (coach or head of
delegation)

Medicalserviceswill be providedby the OrganizingCommitteeduring
t r a i n i n ga n d c o m p e t i t i o n .
The OrganizingCommitteewill be happyto assisteach Delegation
memberwith an officialinvitationletter, providedthat the requestis
made before19thJanuary,2015 to the OC.

The requestmust includethe function,full name, gender,date of birth,
citizenshipand passportnumber,home address,the arrivaland
departuredatesof the DelegationMemberas well as the city the visa
applicationsupportletter must be sent to,
INSURANCE
The Host Federation,the OrganizingCommitteeand the FIG will not be
h e l d responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness,
repatriationand the like. The FIG TechnicalRegulationsforeseethat all
participating Federations are responsible for making their own
arrangementsto have the necessaryvalid insurancecoverageagainst
illness, accidents and for repatriationfor all the members of their
Delegation(exceptfor gymnastsand judges).
INTERNATIONAL
TRANSPORTATION
The invitedparticipatingfederations/Clubs
must pay for the travel
costsof their delegationmembers.The TravelScheduleForm must be
returnedto the OC by 28th February,2015,

Organizerswill providetransportationfrom Vilniusairport,Vilniusrailway
and bus stationsto the hotel and the competitionvenue.
