Havre, MT
District 4 HRDC in Havre
is soliciting proposals to
hire a firm to complete
architectural design and
construction management
services for Antelope
Court, a low/moderate
income family housing
facility. District 4 HRDC
has been awarded
approximately $4.7 million
in Low Income
Housing Tax Credits
(LIHTC), to be combined
with private investment
and potential grant funding from the Montana
HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
Antelope Court will be a
thirty-unit family housing
development near Buffalo
Court, HRDC’s current
Senior Housing development in Havre. Antelope
Court’s development will
include parking areas, a
play area, and general
landscaping. Housing
units will consist of 20
one-bedroom units, and
10 two-bedroom units,
with emphasis on handicapped accessibility. The
project area currently has
utilities readily available at
the site, and construction
is anticipated to begin in
early summer 2015, and
be completed within
approximately 12-15
months.
The agreement and payment terms will be
negotiated with the
selected offeror. The
Architectural Design work
must be completed by
April 15, 2015.

provided by respondents,
the minimum content of
responses, and the factors
to be used to evaluate
the responses, can be
