NOTICE OF MEETING
The Commissioners' Court of Calhoun County, Texas will meet on December 22, 2014 at
10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 211 S. Ann
Street, Port Lavaca, Calhoun County, Texas.
AGENDA
The subject matter of such meeting is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Recognition of Retiring Calhoun County employee. (NP)
5. Hear Report from memorial Medical Center.
6. Consider and Take Necessary Action on transfer of Civil War reenactment silhouette
from the Calhoun County Historical Commission to the City or Port Lavaca. (MP)
7. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for Inmate Telephone Services for the
Calhoun County Adult Detention Center for the two year period beginning February 15,
2015 and ending February 14,2017 with the option to renew yearly for up to two
additional years and authorize the County Judge to sign contract. (RM)
8. Consider and Take Necessary Action to award bid for Resident Banking Software,
Commissary Service & Fiduciary Management Services for the Calhoun County Adult
Detention Center for the two year period beginning February 15,2015 and ending
February 14,2017 with the option to renew yearly for up to two additional years and

9. Consider and take necessary action to award bid for Combined Services for Inmate
Telephone Services and Inmate Banking Software, Commissary Service and Fiduciary

renew yearly for up to two additional years and authorize the County Judge to sign the
