PARISH FINANCES
Because the bulletin had to be submitted early, figures will be
included in next week’s bulletin.
WHAT SHALL I BRING TO THE LORD, THE GOD OF HEAVEN,
WHEN I COME TO WORSHIP HIM? - Micah 6:6
We will be most grateful if you would “make up” your
offerings for the time you are away.
IF YOU ARE COMING A LONG DISTANCE TO ATTEND MASS,
WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILDREN USE
THE RESTROOMS WHEN YOU GET HERE (BEFORE MASS),
IN ORDER TO AVOID HAVING TO LEAVE DURING MASS.
THANK YOU.
IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM “PROTECTING GOD’S
CHILDREN”, and in the interest of children’s safety, we ask that
children not be allowed to leave Mass to use the restrooms
downstairs, unless they are accompanied by an adult. Because we
are a public building, doors are required to be unlocked, allowing
entrance to all.
LECTORS: We ask that you please return the workbooks
each week so that they can be available to those who
are preparing to read the following week.

take a Catholic calendar for the year 2015 in the narthex.
We thank the Knights of Columbus for providing these to

Dear Parishioners: Each year
Christmas is the high point of
the year when we hear and
receive greetings from family
and friends. By sending His Son
to take on our nature, we are
reminded of God’s love for us.
The presence of Christ in your
life is the joy and peace that the
season holds for each of us. May these gifts of joy and peace be
yours throughout the coming year. Sincere thanks to all for your
generosity and faithfulness to our common end to make Christ
present on earth through our Church. Peace and good will to all.
Father Colpitts, Deacon Paul and Staff
HOLY HOUR FOR LIFE: The Respect Life Committee will
sponsor a Holy Hour for Life on Sunday, December 28th, the
Feast of the Holy Family, to pray for an end to abortion and
other threats to human life. It will be between the Masses
(9:00 A.M. to 9:45 A.M.) and will consist of Exposition of the
Blessed Sacrament, readings from Sacred Scripture and from
the Writings of Saint John Paul II, and praying the Litany for
Life. It will conclude with Benediction. All are invited.
60/40 CLUB: Members are reminded that in order to be eligible
for the January drawings, payment is due Sunday, December
28th. January is “BONUS” drawings month. You must be paid up
since August to be eligible. This is a good time to catch up.

Heavenly Father, may the Immaculate Virgin prepare our priests for
the radiant feast of Christmas so that the Divine Emmanuel might
find in each of their hearts a little cradle scented by the purity of His
all beautiful and loving Mother. For that, may they be purified in the
waves of the Divine Blood of Jesus.

VOCATION VIEW: “Be it done unto me according to your word.” Docile
obedience to the Lord’s will is the fruit of humble prayer. If God is inviting
you to a deeper consecration as a priest, deacon, brother or sister, call
Fr. Seamus Griesbach at (207) 773 -6471, email:
[email protected], or like us on facebook: VocationsME.

benefit Ronald McDonald House, a “home away from
