The games will start at 4:00 or 5:00 (players should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to stretch and warm up).
Everyone plays (player substitution will take place after a designated amount of time).
6 players on the field (everyone plays offense and defense)
All players must wear their league jersey (no jersey, no play!) Bring your own water!
All players must have required eye protection, mouthpiece, & footwear (NO CLEATS).
A face-off will be done to start the game. Goalies will clear the ball after the goal is scored. This promotes more sticks skills, hustling
back on defense, and more player rotations.
“8 goal lead rule” (the team losing by more then 7 will automatically be awarded the ball after a goal at the mid-line)
Overtime is for 2 minutes or “sudden victory”. In event of a tie, each team will earn 1 point.
