The parents of SCS ASB & Senior Class officers are sponsoring a dance for all Seattle Christian High School
students (grades 9-12) and their guests Saturday, January 10, 2015, 9:00-10:30 pm,
at the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle, 701 5th Ave 76th Floor, Seattle, WA 98104.
The event is sponsored, hosted and supervised by parents.
This is not a Seattle Christian Schools-sponsored event.
The dance will begin immediately following the Homecoming Festivities and will end promptly at 10:30 pm.
Tickets are $5 per person and will be available for purchase at the Ho me co min g ticket table, during lunch
Monday, December 8 through Friday, January 9. Tickets must be pre-purchased and are not available at the
door. A parent/guardian signed permission form is required to purchase tickets. No re-entry permitted.
We request your help to make this a fun and safe dance. Please review the following rules with your son or
daughter and make sure he/she agrees to obey the following:
1. Permission Slip Required. Each student must have this permission slip, signed by a parent or guardian,
prior to purchasing dance tickets.
Hand-written permission slips will not be accepted.
One permission slip per student is required. See form for details.
Homecoming Ticket must be purchased prior to purchasing a Dance Ticket.
2. Conduct: Misbehavior will not be tolerated. Following is a list of conduct violations. If ANY of the
following violations occur, parents will be called to pick up their student/guest immediately, and
admission to future parent-sponsored events may be denied.
a) Destruction of property.
b) Possession of guns, knives or any other weapons or articles used as weapons to inflict bodily
harm.
c) Rude or disrespectful language or conduct toward other students or adults.
d) Running, pushing, shoving, violent or aggressive behavior.
e) Public displays of affection and inappropriate conduct during dance event.
f) Use or possession of drugs, marijuana, tobacco and alcohol.
g) Admittance will be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
h) Freak dancing, grinding, or inappropriate/sexually explicit dancing.
i) Dress code violation.

Parents, please complete and sign the permission slip below and make certain your student brings it when
purchasing their ticket(s) for the dance. If applicable, the guest permission consent is included on this page and
must be completed and signed prior to purchasing both tickets. If students are attending with another SCS
student or group of SCS students, they must each have an individual permission slip signed prior to their dance
ticket purchase. Homecoming Tickets must be purchased prior to a Dance Ticket purchase. This form is valid
only for the dance portion of the Homecoming evening.
