Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a Parent, Legal Guardian, Grandparent, Adult Aunt/
Uncle, or Adult Brother/Sister. Please bring the child’s immunization record to each clinic site.
Free vaccinations are available to persons 18 years of age and younger. Persons 19 years of age
and older may attend the Adult Immunization and Screening clinic.
Anyone needing vaccinations for travel, should contact (845) 486-3535 for an appointment .

A variety of adult immunizations are available with some vaccines available at reduced or no cost,
depending upon program and grant requirements. For those vaccines with a fee, cash or checks will be
accepted for payment.
Tuberculin skin testing is available. Individuals who are being skin tested for Tuberculosis must return
on the following Thursday to have the test read and documentation provided.
HIV testing, both “anonymous” and “confidential,” is available free of charge.
Sexually Transmitted Infections Clinic Only: Clinical services are available for the testing,
diagnosis, and treatment of sexually transmitted infections. All services are free and confidential.
