hosted IP telephony solution for SMEs. Utilising DSL last
mile access, Powwow is flexible and customisable, and offers
full scalability for your business as it grows. Being a hosted
solution, there is minimal capital investment – simply buy as
and when you require, contracting per extension user. Powwow
offers superb quality telephony at a fraction of the price of
traditional PBX solutions.

The voice gateway provides you with basic PBX
functionality in the event of IP link failure and voice
traffic redundancy when connecting PSTN
infrastructure to it.

The Powwow hosted platform enables multiple customers to draw from the functional intelligence of the IP telephony platform - allowing you to rent required functionality in required quantities rather than purchase it outright (which, for anything but large staff environments is financially unviable).

Powwow includes a service which analyses the LAN environment to assess its ability to support a quality VoIP service. This service extends to the assessment of reticulation and switches, and can be extended to the WAN environment as well as an overall ICT health check.
• Customer premises equipment
Powwow’s on-site voice gateway provides connectivity to DSL last mile access as well as primary rate, basic Modules
rate and analogue PSTN redundancy.
• Seamless integration to Chrome and Call
Manager (TMS)
The Chrome and Powwow platforms are integrated in order to deliver the most cost effective call rates in conjunction with leading IPT technology. The resulting benefit is that in many instances the cost savings
delivered by Chrome mostly pays for the Powwow
managed service. Powwow is supported by the Call
Manager hosted TMS platform and offers a
comprehensive telephony management system that allows for multiple telephony devices to be associated with users, draws multi-level and multi-functional reports and combines with external telephony vendor analysis. Call Manager is delivered via a web interface.
