Off Ice Program
Teams will be offered one of our many amenities here at Aviator Sports & Events by utilizing the in-door turf
fields to work on core conditioning. Since our “on-ice development” is so extensive with 3 practices and 2-3
games per week we will limit this program to 1-2 sessions per month. The focus of this program is to strengthen
the individual players “core” while building good team bonding habits with each group.
Additionally, the advent of game video has become a key component to a teams success and progression. Each
team will be offered a chance to sit down with their coach and view game film from a recent contest. This will
be coordinated once a month with our coach/manager.
