On this date Carene Beans contacted our office reference a verbal argument she was having with her husband Terry Beans of
the same residence. Upon arrival I spoke with both parties and they both advised that they were upset with each other for various

Thomas Leidner request a unit check on his wife after an incident last evening where he alleged that she had a weapon and
several pills on the table. He is worried about going to the home and finding her dead.
Units made touch with the female who was fine. She admitted to being mad after what she said was catching her husband
cheating again, but had no issues and was not thinking of harming herself. Stephanie did show units her phone where she had
just had a text message conversation with the caller just prior to him calling this office. There was noting remotely stated by her
about harming herself. Writer did attempt to contact the male who would not answer his phone. He later called this office saying
he was in the shower. He was advised that the complaint was unfounded.

Miranda Barr requesting a welfare check done at the home of her childrens father, William Large. The caller is reporting that
when she dropped the children off she could smell the odor of possible drug use in the home.
I spoke with and was openly invited in the home. I spoke with William for several minutes and did not detect the hint of any type
of illegal drugs in the home, or alcohol on his person. William did show writer several text messages between he and Miranda
where she makes several accusations against him. William explained that Miranda never came in the home and never made it
as far as the front porch when she dropped the children off.

On December 20,2014 I was dispatched to the above address for a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival Myself and Sgt Jones
spoke with the caller Brooke Manbeck who advised us of issues she was having with her boyfriend who she shares the residence

On this date Central Dispatch received a call from Elizabeth Housler regarding someone throwing rocks against their house.
Upon arrival I spoke with Gary Housler who advised that while he and Elizabeth were watching tv, they heard what they believed
was rocks hitting their roof and the side of their house.
Gary and I walked around the house and we did not find any signs of damage or rocks in the yard. Gary further advised that he
did not see anyone outside of the residence, nor did he hear anyone outside. I patrolled the area and did not see anyone in the
area. Gary was advised too contact our office if he has any other problems. No Report.

Disposition: The vehicle was gone prior to units arriving. The owner of the bar stated that a couple Chelsey Bentley 21 of Shreve
and her estranged boyfriend Tyler Bazzoli were having a argument in the vehicle. While units were on the way the said vehicle left
possibly headed to the Shreve area. I was not certain on the make of the vehicle and dispatch was not able to locate a vehicle for
either subject. Units checked the area all the way to the county line and were not able to locate the vehicle or persons in question.

Dispo: Angelene Platt and her husband Douglas came on station to report that Douglas received a phone call last night from a
foreign sounding male advising him their computer was going to crash in about an hour unless they bought some virus protection.
Douglas was instructed to go to a local Western Union store and wire Shawn Rogers in India $300.00. Douglas did as instructed
and now feels they may have been scammed. Douglas was advised by Western Union that they will attempt a refund but it would
take 3-5 business days. The Platt's will call r/o back either way in a week to report the refund was given or not.

Caller reporting individuals on his property located at 11156 Strasburg-Bolivar Rd. (Lawrence twp) he is requesting a unit.
I spoke with Paul who witnessed two individuals, Michael R. Miller (age 42) and Nikki Miller (age 17) who were part of the Stark
Wilderness Center holiday bird watch program. They were both in the area logging types of birds in the area. Both were found
on the callers property at the time of this call. Paul requested to pursue criminal trespassing charges against both. I did get a
written statement from Paul and speak with the male suspects. Upon completing, I issued summons to appear to Michael for
criminal trespassing and will forward information to the juvenile prosecutor requesting charges of criminal trespass against Nikki
Miller also.
Summons were issued and both were released from the scene.

Caller reporting problems with their 17 yr. old daughter, who is not making threats of harming herself.
Prior to my arrival at the home, it was learned that Bolivar medic units had cleared and were transporting the female to a hospital
for evaluation. I did speak with the parents who stated that they recently found out that the 17 yr. old daughter has been staying
with a male subject instead of where she had been telling them where she has been staying the past few weeks. The male is
believed to be over the age of 18 also. The parents were asking for suggestions in how to address this problem. Writer
explained to both with her age and almost 18, would be a slim possibility for the juvenile courts to file an unruly complaint against
her. The mother said that she had called the juvenile probation and left a message on this date. Write also suggested they
contact JFS ref to the issues involving the older male. Writer advised them both that would be up to those agencies to address
them and complete the investigation regarding these issues. The parents said the daughter will not give them a strait answer
when it comes to the male so they are not sure where he lives.

Received call from Justin Bair ref. to his brother Christopher who is not taking his meds and has become aggressive towards him
and other family members. His mother who lives in New Phila has also had contact with Christopher and he has made threats to
her also.
Myself and Deputy Bickford spoke with Justin and shortly after arriving, his mother Dianna Bair arrived. Both indicated that they
have not had contact with Christopher in the past two months, and both felt he was not taking his medications for his mental
health issues. On today's date, Christopher contacted his brother who did not answer, but after calling him back, Christopher
made statements about Justin and his family being imposters in the home that Justin lives in. After contacting his mother, it was
learned that Christopher has done the same thing to her also this morning. I did take statements from both and also contacted
Christophers' probation officer who issued an arrest order. Upon going to the home, Community Corrections was on scene, and
were attempting to make contact without success. Upon arrival, probation units were able to force entry to the home where
Christopher was located lying in a bed. Christopher was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Tusc
Co Jail. The charges of 2 cts of domestic violence (threats) and 2 cts. of menacing are pending.

Worker for York twp. reporting several pot type bags sitting in the brush along Stuck Hill Rd.
The caller directed and showed me the items he located while cutting along the roadway. The 16 plastic, dirt filled bags appear to
be items left over from where they were used for growing suspected marijuana in the area. At this time the only items left was the
dirt and partial root ball. There are no indications of who may have been tending the area. The items left will be monitored in the
spring time in hopes the alleged grower(s) will return to replant their crops.

An anonymous caller reported that a white Ford truck had pulled into the driveway of Valley Mining and has been setting there for
several minutes.

Central Dispatch reporting they received a phone call from a Paul Robinson stating that his mother just took an unknown amount
of pills. During the call, Mr. Robinson says that his mother spit the pills out and then proceeded to hang up the phone. Dispatch
was unable to obtain any further information from Mr. Robinson, but cross referenced the land line which the call came from and
located an address of 6263 Herron Alley NE in Somerdale.
Dispo: Units responded to the Somerdale address and made contact with a Bill and Lanore Herron. Both parties were cooperative
but confused as to why the Sheriff's Office had been called. There were no problems or cause for concern at the residence.
Upon clearing from the Herron residence, I requested Central to contact the original caller back and obtain an address. The same
was completed and it was determined that the incident location was actually at 1126 Sherman Ave NW in New Philadelphia.

Received a call from Amanda Simmons. She advised that Gary Schaar had entered her residence and point a gun at her family
member, Todd Abbott. Amanda was not at the residence at the time. Amanda stated she was unsure if Gary had left the
residence. Sgt. McEnroe, Deputy Bickford, Deputy Stein, and I, Deputy Snider, responded to the residence.
R/O arrived on scene and found no subjects at the residence or in the area. Amanda advised that she was enroute to the

After Deputies spoke with all parties involved Gary Schaar was arrested and incarcerated in the Tuscarawas County Jail.
Gary is awaiting a felony charge of Burglary. Todd was arrested and incarcerated reference an unrelated warrant from Cuyahoga

from the IRS. Mr. Buter has suffered a stroke in the past and is not able to function appropriately. Mr. Butler advised Carma that

Deputies spoke with both parties upon arrival. Juanita stated that her vehicle had been moved while she was gone. Juanita

Received a call from Speedy Auto. They advised they had an out of control customer causing problems at the business. Deputy

Upon arrival R/O was met by Robert Seese. Robert was upset and yelling about broken glass on his trailer and a flat tire.
Robert stated that he had brought a van in to Speedy Auto. While the van was being unload glass from the van was broken and
fell onto his trailer. Robert also claimed that during the van being unloaded an employee of Speedy Auto damaged his trailer tire.
Robert stated he was not leaving the business until he received a new tire and his trailer was swept off. Robert also had two other
subjects with him, Tanner Perry and Andrew Willis. Tanner and Andrew advised they had no problems at the business.
R/O spoke with the owner of Speedy Auto Greg Bender. Greg stated that he would give Robert and new tire and sweep off
his trailer, Greg did not want Robert, Tanner, or Andrew to return to Speedy Auto. Greg did have employees sweep off the trailer
and get a new tire for Robert. R/O advised all three subjects that they were not to return to Speedy Auto. All three understood.

Deputies spoke with the female, Jessica Blunt. Jessica stated that she had been staying at the residence for approximately
on month. Jessica and a friend had been drinking the previous evening while Jake was at work. Jessica and her friend went to
see Jake while he was at work and the dispute continued. Jessica had came back to the residence around 3:00 am. Jessica
stated that she does reside at the residence and had not drank an alcohol since the previous evening.
Jake stated that he was upset because of Jessica's drinking habits. Jessica was intoxicated last evening and caused
problems. Jake arrived home from work that morning at 5:45 am. Jessica and her friend were asleep. Jake just wanted Jessica
out of his residence. Jake also stated that Jessica had been living at his residence for approximately one month.

Responded to the Dollar General store in Lawrence Twp, Ohio for a reported Domestic Violence incident that occurred on Kerns
Dr.
I meet with and interviewed Mr. Calum N. A. Shedron about that incident that just took place at his apartment on Kerns Dr
involving his fiancé Ms. Kelsey R. Brown.
I meet with Ms. Brown shortly afterwards in the Giant Eagle parking lot. Ms. Brown admitted to the incident involving Mr. Shedron.
While being arrested, Ms. Brown attempted to pull away from me causing her to be placed on the ground. While attempting to
secure Ms. Brown in handcuffs, she continued to resist.
Ms. Brown was secured inside my cruiser, transported to the Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office's jail, charged with Domestic
Violence and Resisting Arrest. Ms. Brown was provided first aid once at the Jail.

Candy Deibel reporting she purchased a dog from a Thamey Cox. After buying the dog it was determined that the puppy and her
other dog did not get along and Candy was unable to keep both dogs. After conversations with the seller, it was agreed that
Candy would return the dog, and the original seller, (Thamey Cox) would sell the dog for her and repay Candy the original selling
price ($200.00) Since that time, now Thamey is claiming that when the dog was returned, it was injured and after taking it to the
vet, it was said to have an injured shoulder and is unable to be sold. Candy is also reporting the Thamey Cox is refusing to
provide her any information about what vet made the diagnosis of injuries.
Candy was wanting information as to how to get her money back. Writer explained to her this is a civil matter and she would
need contact an attorney. Writer also contacted the Cox who was not home but a male did explain that since the dog was
returned, they have incurred vet bill and are wanting paid for that. both was advised to contact an attorney for further advise.

I contacted and spoke with Thamey Cox who indicated that she had sold the puppy to the original caller and after time, she had
indicated that she no longer wanted it as it did not get along with her other dog. The two parties then agreed that Candy would
return the dog back to Thamey, who would attempt to sell for Candy. At this time, it was learned that the puppy had an injured
shoulder and was taken to a vet for treatment. Thamey states that the vet indicated that the puppy had been abused possibly.
Thamey claims that the Tusc Co Humane officer was contacted at this time and that office along with the vet office requested that
she not return the dog to Candy. I explained to Thamey that this is a civil matter since both parties entered into an agreement
involving the selling of this dog. It was suggested that both contact attorneys if either feels the other owes them money for the
dog or vet and car bills.

Caller advising her daughter pushed her down during an argument.
Dispo: Tana Cush advised that she had confronted her daughter about lying to her about being in Coshocton instead of a
basketball game in Dover. The two of them argued and she claims Caila (daughter) pushed her to the ground when she was
blocking the bathroom door not allowing Caila to exit. Neither party wanted to pursue any type of charge. Caila was talked to

Caller came on station to report his ex wife is harassing him.
Dispo: R/o spoke with Charles Hart who believes his ex wife Amy Hart is harassing him by posting things on Facebook like he is
a woman beater, etc. . R/o spoke with the Municipal Prosecutor who does not believe it will be a chargeable offense because the
harassing comments were not made directly to him or the people who informed him of the comments were not directly told to tell
him. Charles asked r/o to contact Amy and ask her to cease.
R/o made contact with Amy Hart and informed her of the complaint. Amy was asked to stop posting negative, harassing
comments about Charles on Facebook. She has a protection order in place if she feels he violates the order in some way to
contact the local Police Department for assistance. Amy wanted r/o to tell Charles the same thing.
R/o made contact with Charles and explained r/o had spoken with Amy. R/o also asked him to cease if he is making harassing
comments or risk being arrested for violating a protection order. Charles agreed.

Dispatch received a phone call advising that there was a residence on Feed Spring Hill Rd that was vacant. The complainant
advised that she has noticed the past 2 nights that there were lights on inside of the residence. The residence was the last one on
the left before the county line. The complainant requested that units check on same.
Prior to units checking the residence, units spoke to the resident at 9913 Feed Spring Hill Rd., who resides across the street
from the abandoned residence. The subject advised that the abandoned residence belongs to Joe Hoax of the Akron area. The
subject had a key for the residence and he let units inside to check same. The subject advised that Joe uses the house for a

On this date we received a call from Donna Menges, regarding Melanie Adkins and a possible suicide attempt. Upon arrival units
spoke with Donna who advised that she was with her brother Dwayne Adkins at his residence. And believes that his wife Melanie
wanted to commit suicide and possibly harm Dwayne as well.
Units did speak with Dwayne and he advised that he was sleeping in the garage, as that is where he stays and he was unaware
of Melanie having any issues. Units also spoke with Melanie who advised that she was fine and that she had been sleeping. The
squad did check Melanie and she was cleared they also checked her medication and they all checked out ok. All appears to be
ok and complaint is unfounded at this time. No Report.
