If all 25,000 attendees registered in advance, the conference would rake in $1,375,000. There are discounts available. There are higher rates available. Yet whatever the final filthy lucre figure turns out to be, it will be obscene. The Onething conference is not an assembly of believers, but 25,000 worldlings, willingly ignorant of the creation, flood and the coming Day of Judgment. They have neither been taught the truth, nor show any interest in learning the truth. Behold this generation of vipers, ripe for everlasting destruction! “For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, & the earth standing out of the water & in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But the heavens & the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.” (2 Peter 3:5-7) IHOP is in desperate need of a reality check. This entire conference is purely mans’ invention, and is patterned after the world, to entice the world, and to pander to the lusts of the world. There is no scriptural basis for this ‘event’. Their slogan ‘Until the fame of Jesus fills the earth’ is nothing but a bad joke. There is no preaching of the Word to every creature as Christ instructed. Your prayer gimmick is stale, and the hypocrisy of those prayers rise as a vile stench to the nostrils of the Almighty. “Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.” (Lord Jesus Christ) Westboro Baptist Church will picket this repulsive ‘event’, and warn each of you that attaching the blessed name of Christ Jesus to this blasphemous ‘event’ is a dangerous thing to partake in.
